The following interest rate will be applicable for those who pay the interest on monthly basis.  Additional 0.5 percent interest will be charged on the following rate if the client desires to pay on quarterly basis.  Failure to pay the installment and interest on specified date, additional 4 percent interest will be charged on due principal and interest as penalty.
